With Engage, keeping your information up to date is simple and convenient. You can update your contact details or add new payment information whenever it suits you, without needing to call your practice or fill in extra forms.
Whether you move house, change your phone number, or want to securely store payment details for easier billing, everything can be managed directly in your Settings. This ensures your practice always has the right information and saves you time when it matters most.

Viewing your Settings
You can access your Settings at any time by tapping on the Profile icon in the top-right hand corner of Engage, and tapping on Settings.
Changing your Profile & Contact Details
From the Settings window, tap on Profile to open up your contact details and time zone information.
In this screen, you can change the following information, and it will update your provider's records:
- Time Zone - affects the time you see when booking an appointment if your provider is separately geographically located.
- Address - your address details are used to determine the distance for you when booking an appointment, so it's important to keep this updated.

- Contact Details:
- Mobile Phone
- Home Phone
- Work Phone
- Email Address - if you change this field, it will also change the email address used for Engage.
Note: If you see any incorrect information and are unable to change it, please contact the Practice for further assistance.
Adding Payment Information
If you would like for your practice to process payments on your behalf, then you can enter your credit card details against your account in the Wallet section.
Note: Credit card information is not stored by your practice, but by the payment provider for security purposes.
- From the Settings window, tap on Wallet and then on Payment Methods to open your payment information.
- Tap or click on Add Payment Method.
- Enter your Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code.
- Tap or click on Save Payment Method.
- Your card details will then have been saved as a Payment Method.
Changing or Deleting your Payment Information
You can edit or delete your credit card information from Engage at any point.
- From the Settings window, tap on Wallet and then on Payment Methods to open your payment information.
- Tap or click on the ellipses icon beside the Credit / Debit Card heading.
- Choose either Edit or Delete
- Edit: Re-enter the card details, and click on Save Payment Method.
- Delete: Click Yes on the confirmation prompt, and your Payment Method will be removed.
