Getting started is simple. Once your practice sends you an invitation, you can quickly register and begin enjoying all the benefits of a smarter, faster, and more connected healthcare experience.

Receiving an Invitation
You may only create an account for Engage after being invited by the Practice. When you have been invited, you will receive an invitation email containing instructions creating an account, with the subject line "Welcome to Engage - Your New Patient Portal!".
If you cannot find the email within your inbox, you may need to check your spam and junk folders.
If you have not yet received your invitation but believe you should have one, please reach out to the Practice for further assistance.
Registering for an Account
After receiving the email, tap on the Get Started with Engage hyperlink to begin your registration.
- Enter your email address, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number exactly as recorded in your health record to complete the verification process. This security measure ensures that only you can access your health information, by matching your contact details directly with the records held by your provider.
- Click Submit.
- Enter a secure password with at least 12 characters.
- Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and tick the I Agree box.

- Congratulations on your new Engage account! You're ready to start sharing information with your practice!
