Your To Do list in Engage helps you stay on top of the activities your healthcare provider assigns, giving you a simple way to keep your care organised and on track. Whether it’s filling out forms, updating information, or booking an appointment, your To Dos are designed to make it easier for you to complete important tasks at a time that suits you.
By using the To Do list, you can clearly see what’s outstanding, what you’ve already completed, and quickly let your provider know when you’ve finished an activity. This keeps your care team informed and helps ensure your appointments run smoothly.
This guide will show you how to find your To Dos, understand the Open and Completed tabs, and complete tasks efficiently, so you can stay in control of your healthcare journey.

Finding your To Dos
Your To Do list is available via the To Do icon in the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the Engage window.
Open & Completed Tabs
Your To Do list is separated by two tabs; Open and Completed.
Open: Displays all outstanding To Dos assigned to you for completion.
Completed: Shows all Completed, Cancelled, and Incomplete To Dos.
Completing a To Do
To let your provider know that you have completed the assigned To Do, you can mark a To Do as Complete. This will then update your provider's records also.
No Further Appointments Needed
If the To Do assigned to you does not require you to book in for a new appointment, follow the steps below:
- Open the To Do by tapping on it in the Open list
- Enter the Date and Time you completed the To Do
- Click Mark as Completed
- Your provider will then be notified, and your To Do will move to the Completed list.
Appointment Required
If the To Do assigned to you requires you to book in for an appointment, you can do this directly through the To Do by following these steps:
- Open the To Do by tapping on it in the Open list
- Press the Book Appointment option
- Follow the prompts to finish booking an appointment. For more information on booking appointments, please see Engage: Managing Appointments Quick Guide.
- Once your appointment has been completed, your To Do will also be marked as Complete automatically. You don't need to return to do this yourself.
