This guide will show you how to get the most out of Engage, including how to view your upcoming appointments, check your history, make or cancel bookings, and confirm your attendance with just a few taps. Upcoming Appointments
To view your upcoming Appointments, click on the Appointments tab within Engage. This will take you to your Upcoming Appointments list.
Key appointment information will be displayed. You can tap on Show More if the information isn't displayed in full.
Appointment History
If you would like to view your historical Appointments, open the Appointments tab, and tap the History tab.
A list of all of your previous Appointments will be displayed.
Booking an Appointment
- To book an Appointment, open the Appointments tab, and click or tap on Book Appointment.
- Click or tap on your own profile.
- Select the relevant Practice.
- If you cannot see the Practice you need, try changing the location.
- If you are looking for a particular type of appointment, you can apply a filter by service.
- Select a Provider
- You can tap Show More under a provider to see more information about them.
- You can tap on Any Provider if you don't need to see a particular person.
- Select a type of Appointment
- Select a date and time
- You can change the selected Provider if you can't find any available timeslots.
- Appointments will be loaded for 7 days at a time, from the date. If you change the date, it'll load new appointment slots for you.
- Confirm the details you have entered are correct. If you need to make any changes, use the Back button.
- Click Book to finalise the booking
- You will receive a confirmation of successful booking. Click Finish.
- Your Appointment will then be displayed in your Upcoming Appointments list
Confirming an Appointment
To confirm your appointment and let your provider know you will attend the appointment, open the Appointments tab. Next, tap on the Confirm Appointment button against the appointment. This will notify your practice of your planned attendance.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to cancel your upcoming appointment, open the Appointment tab, and find the appointment you need to cancel. Tap on the ellipses icon beside the Appointment Status, and select Cancel Appointment. If prompted, choose a Reason for Cancellation from the drop-down menu, and click Save. Your appointment will have been cancelled.
